Terms of service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Primble is run by an individual based in India (“we”). By using Primble you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@primble.app.

What Primble does

Primble runs automated checks on public websites: Google's PageSpeed Insights test on a simulated mobile phone, plus our own checks for indexing, technical SEO, AI search access and structured data. Results are lab measurements and can change between runs. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, sales or legal compliance. The accessibility checks are automated and are not a full WCAG or ADA audit.

Free check and Agency Pro

  • The free check covers a website's homepage only and is limited to 3 checks a day.
  • Agency Pro costs $29 per month or $290 per year (plus any tax that applies) and includes full audits of the homepage and up to 4 more pages, client and developer PDF reports, and up to 50 audits a day.
  • Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment card at checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.
  • Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Your plan renews every month (monthly plan) or every year (yearly plan) until you cancel.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Account page (Manage Billing). Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for (or until the end of your free trial). Payments are not refunded, including for unused time, except where the law requires a refund.

Fair use

  • Only audit public websites, and don't use Primble to overload, attack or scrape any website.
  • Don't share your account, resell access, or try to get around the daily limits.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your reports

The reports you download, and the logo you add, are yours. You can brand them as your own work and send them to your clients.

The service

We work to keep Primble running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or improve features over time. Primble is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using Primble after a change means you accept the new terms.
