Privacy policy

Primble is a website audit tool for agencies, run by an individual based in India (“we”). This page explains, in plain words, what we store, why, and who helps us run the service. Questions or requests: hello@primble.app.

What we store

• Your email address, when you sign in with an email code, so we know who you are and which plan you have.
• Your subscription details from Lemon Squeezy: your email, plan, status (for example active or cancelled) and renewal or end dates. We never see or store your card details.
• A record of each audit: the website address checked, the time, and whether it was a free check or a paid audit. For paying users it is linked to your account. For visitors it is linked to a scrambled one-way code made from your internet (IP) address, not the address itself, so we can allow 3 free checks a day. These records are deleted after about 30 days.

What we do not store

• The audit results and PDF reports. They are built in your browser and are not kept on our servers.
• Your agency logo. It stays in your browser until you remove it.
• Card or bank details (Lemon Squeezy handles payments).

What your browser keeps

To make the site work, your browser stores your sign-in session, your last audit (until you close the tab) and your logo. We do not use cookies or trackers for advertising or analytics.

Services that help us run Primble

• Google PageSpeed Insights runs the speed and quality tests. We send it the public website address being audited. Our own server also reads that site's public pages (such as robots.txt and the homepage).
• Supabase stores the data listed above and runs the email-code sign-in.
• Resend delivers the sign-in code emails, so it receives your email address.
• Lemon Squeezy sells the subscription as the merchant of record and handles payments, tax and invoices under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Our hosting and sign-in services keep short-lived technical logs (which can include IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting. These services may process data in other countries, including India and the United States. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

• Audit records: about 30 days.
• Your email and subscription details: while you have an account, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Billing records: kept by Lemon Squeezy for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at hello@primble.app. We will reply within 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page.

Children

Primble is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change what we store or which services we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
